OVERVIEW

As green technology becomes mainstream, Supply Source Options (S2O) remains at the forefront. A leading manufacturer of architectural shingles found success working with S2O on a current project and needed a contract manufacturer to take the lead on an additional component, an RSD Enclosure. The shingle manufacturer’s biggest concern was to find cost and efficiency gains in child parts for the RSD enclosures. S2O already had a developed team for procurement, assembly, shipping/receiving, and fulfillment of finished goods for another assembly. Therefore, leaning into S2O’s strengths was the answer.
